Dennis Guopil - Technical Director

Dr. Dennis Guopil was formerly the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Minrad (AMEX: BUF), the third largest anesthetic drug company in the world prior to that company's successful merger with Piramal Healthcare. While at Minrad, Dennis was responsible for all research and development and regulatory issues, including approval of new pharmaceutical agents and that company's drug delivery devices.

Prior to Minrad, Dennis worked as part of the senior executive team in multiple companies, including as Director for Surgical Products at Boston Scientific and Vice President for Research and New Business Development at Pharmacia, Inc.
