Dean Hautamaki, M.D. - Director

Dean Hautamaki, M.D., is a practicing Board Certified Internist/Pulmonary-Critical Care Specialist in Sarasota, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine, completing his post-graduate training at Washington University in St. Louis, Barnes-Jewish Hospitals.

He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine with the Florida State University College of Medicine and is a past Chairman of Medicine and Director of Critical Care at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He has presented numerous abstracts at national meetings and has published over a dozen articles in peer-reviewed journals.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for WaferGen Bio- Systems in Fremont, California and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of Medgenics, a development stage Israeli Biotechnology Company.
